Absolutely—and most customers do. Bundling services like mowing with fertilizer programs, or leaf removal with gutter cleaning, saves time and we can often schedule everything on the same visit. Ask about bundle pricing when you request your quote.

Pricing is based on the specific service, property size, and scope of work. We quote every job in person so there are no surprises. We dont give vague ranges over the phone—we come out, look at the job, and give you a real number.
No long-term contracts required. Recurring services run on a per-service or seasonal basis. You can pause or stop anytime—just let us know.
We schedule jobs based on our route and your preferred timing. For recurring services like mowing, you'll be on a consistent weekly or bi-weekly schedule. For one-time work, we'll find a date that works for both of us and confirm it in advance
We communicate by text or email before every visit so you always know when to expect us. You won't be left guessing or looking out the window all day.
We invoice digitally after each service. You can pay online by card or by check. Invoices are clear and itemized so you always know what you're paying for.
Fall is the best time—typically mid-September through October for cool season grasses like fescue and bluegrass, which are common in the Grain Valley area. Cooler tempatures and fall rain help new seed germinate and establish before winter.
Most lawns in this area benefit from 4 seasonal treatments—early spring pre-emergent, late spring feed, summer treatment, and a fall winterizer. Our essential plan covers all four. Our premium plan adds spot weed control between visits and a late-summer iron booster for deeper color.
Fertilizer feeds the grass—it promotes growth, color, and root strength. Weed control targets unwanted plants competing with your turf. Most effective programs combine both, which is exactly how our fertilizer plans are structured.
Per-push service starts at $60 for a standard residential driveway including sidewalk and walkway clearing. Seasonal contracts start at $350 per season and cover unlimited pushes all winter. We provide free quotes before the season starts.
We monitor forecasts and mobilize as accumulation begins. Most customers are cleared the same day. You'll get a text before we arrive—no guessing, no chasing us down.
Yes. A seasonal contract at $350 covers unlimited pushes all winter with priority scheduling. Spots are limited, so we recommend signing up before the first snow falls.
No bags. We blow all leaves to the curb using commercial backpack blowers, then our trailer-mounted leaf vacuum mulches and pulls everything into the trailer. Faster, cleaner, and there's nothing left at the curb when we're done.
Most homeowners schedule their main cleanup in late October or November once the majority of leaves have dropped. If you have heavy tree coverage, a second visit in early December is worth it. We also offer spring cleanups for anything that blew back in over winter.
If we didn't answer it here, we're easy to reach. Call, text, or send us a message and we'll get back to your the same day.
